Our Office Hours
The team at West Wilson Family Practice Center PC wants to make seeking treatment convenient for all of our clients. With that in mind, our office features extended hours.
* Family Practice - The family practice is open the following hours:
Monday and Wednesday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. by appointment only.
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm by appointment only.
On Saturdays from 8:00 am to 11:30 am. No appointment necessary for illnesses and injuries.
* Walk-In Clinic - The Walk-in Clinic hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Depending on patient volume, the hours may vary.
Scheduling Appointments
We ask that you call in advance for your routine office visits and that you schedule any follow-up appointments as you are checking out from your current visit. West Wilson Family Practice Center PC makes every effort to stay on schedule, but please be aware that emergencies do pop up.
As a courtesy to our other patients and staff members, please call the office as soon as you know you are unable to keep your appointment or will be arriving late. We ask that new patients arrive 15 minutes early to complete our registration process. Download our patient registration forms

Cancellations and No Shows
As you are denying another patient the opportunity to be seen any time you do not show up for a scheduled appointment or cancel at the last minute, West Wilson Family Practice Center PC charges a $50 fee for no shows on a regular appointment, and $100 for a no show on a complete physical exam.
To avoid these fees, we ask that if you must cancel your appointment please call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment for a regular visit and 48 hours prior for a complete physical exam. No cancellations will be taken by our after-hours answering service.
